- Billing information: payment details, invoicing information, and transaction history processed through our third-party payment processors

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with trusted third-party vendors who assist in delivering our services, including cloud infrastructure providers, analytics platforms, CRM integration partners (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel), and payment processors. - Warm-up protocols gradually increase account activity during initial campaign launch
- All LinkedIn credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
- Access to your LinkedIn account is restricted to our platform infrastructure and your dedicated outbound strategist
- Your outbound strategist monitors account health indicators and adjusts activity levels proactively
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:
- Active engagement data: retained for the duration of our service engagement plus 12 months following termination
- Campaign performance data: retained in aggregated, anonymised form for service improvement purposes indefinitely
- LinkedIn account credentials: securely deleted within 30 days of engagement termination
- Billing records: retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable tax and financial regulations
